Registration & Tickets
How much do tickets cost?
Conference tickets range from $75 to $161 depending on the ticket type. The Women in AI Luncheon is $65. Early bird pricing may be available for a limited time. View ticket options →
Is there a student discount?
Yes! We offer discounted tickets for students with valid ID. Check our Eventbrite page for current student pricing.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After that, tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another attendee.
Do I need to register for individual sessions?
Your main conference ticket gives you access to all sessions. Some special events like the Women in AI Luncheon require separate registration.

Where is the event held?
Day 1 (April 21) events take place at Infinity Hall, 32 Front Street, Hartford. Day 2 (April 22) is at Constitution Plaza, Hartford. View full schedule →

Yes, there are several parking garages within walking distance of both venues. We'll share specific parking recommendations closer to the event.
Are the venues accessible?
Yes, both venues are ADA accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can ensure you have a great experience.
What hotels are nearby?
Downtown Hartford has several hotels within walking distance, including the Hartford Marriott Downtown, Hilton Hartford, and The Goodwin Hotel. We'll share a list of partner hotels with room blocks closer to the event.
The Event
What is the dress code?
Business casual is recommended. Dress comfortably as you'll be moving between sessions throughout the day.
Will food be provided?
Yes! Day 1 includes a networking reception with appetizers. Day 2 includes breakfast, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day.
Can I attend just one day?
Yes, we offer single-day tickets as well as full conference passes. View ticket options →
Will sessions be recorded?
Select keynotes and sessions will be recorded and made available to registered attendees after the event.
